ARS Inc. to Host 2008 Mediterranean Cruise
The Armenian Relief Society, Inc. will host a Mediterranean cruise leaving from Barcelona, Spain and sailing to France, Italy, Greece and Croatia during the summer of 2008. The event is a first-time endeavor for the Society and attendees from around the world are already signing up to participate in this unique event.
The 12-night cruise will be aboard one of the world’s top-ranked ships, Celebrity cruise line’s “Summit.” Readers of Conde Naste’s Traveler magazine have voted Celebrity the “World’s Best Large Ship Cruise Line.”
The cruise ship will depart from Barcelona and stop in Nice (Villefranche), France; Florence, Pisa (Livorno), Rome (Civitavecchia), Naples/Capri, Italy, Santorini and Athens (Piraeus), Greece; and Dubrovnik, Croatia. The cruise ends in Venice, Italy.

A number of cruise ship categories are available, including inside, outside, and balcony ship cabins. Rates are in U.S. dollars and include “Inside CAT 11,” $2,050; “Inside CAT 10,” $2,080; “Inside CAT 9,” $2,110; “Outside CAT 7,” $2,450; “Outside CAT 6,” $2,500; and “Balcony CAT 2B,” $2,950. Third and fourth persons staying in the same cabin are only $1,020, adult or child. Airfare, government taxes, and port charges are not included.
